Chez STHLM offers a private archipelago experience centred around fishing, seasonal ingredients, and open-air dining. Guided by local experts, guests explore the waters surrounding Stockholm before transitioning into a chef-led culinary experience. Designed for small groups, this experience combines time on the water with a structured and relaxed approach to food, creating a seamless connection between environment and dining.
The experience continues with a focus on the journey from catch to preparation. Where appropriate, the catch can be incorporated into the meal, creating a direct connection between the environment and the dining experience. This element reinforces the seasonal and ingredient-led approach that defines Chez STHLM.
The Setting
Guests enjoy a chef-prepared meal served in a carefully selected outdoor location, from rocky island settings to sheltered coastal spaces. The menu highlights seasonal seafood and Nordic ingredients, presented in a structured yet relaxed format that reflects both the setting and the occasion.
