Chez STHLM offers a private countryside experience centred around Swedish hunting traditions and seasonal game cuisine. Set in carefully selected locations, this experience combines guided hunting with a chef-led dining programme, creating a complete journey from field to table. Designed for small groups, it offers an opportunity to engage with nature while enjoying a structured and refined culinary experience.
Guests are guided by experienced professionals through designated hunting grounds, focusing on fallow deer and duck depending on the season. The experience is conducted with attention to safety, local regulations, and respect for the environment.
The experience takes place in carefully selected countryside locations, from forest environments to rural estates, providing a calm and immersive backdrop for the day.
Game Dining Experience
The experience continues beyond the hunt, with a focus on how game is handled and prepared. This connection between sourcing and cooking is central to the experience, offering a deeper understanding of seasonal ingredients.
Following the hunt, guests enjoy a chef-prepared meal highlighting the flavours of the season. Dishes may include venison, duck, and complementary Nordic ingredients, presented in a structured dining format.
